Introduction
It is a gift and a pleasure to support someone on their journey. I believe we each carry inner wisdom—and sometimes all we need is the right space, presence, and guidance to access it. In therapy, I aim to offer a warm and grounded space for you to reconnect with that inner strength, especially during times of uncertainty, disconnection, or overwhelm.
Who I Work Best With
Many of the men I work with—both past and present—come from diverse cultural backgrounds and are simply looking for a space where they can show up and just be. They’re often juggling multiple roles: father, husband, professional, artist, partner, student, nomad, immigrant, or first-generation trailblazer.
A common thread I hear in session is, “This is one of the few places I feel like I can just be the kind of man I am—while also working on the parts of my life I know need growth.”
Some of the areas we often explore together include:
Learning to receive compliments
Getting back on your “A-game”
Prioritizing physical and emotional health
Becoming a better partner—or finding one who aligns with you
Advancing in your career or finally pivoting toward what you've always wanted
Evolving past unhealthy patterns
Reclaiming personal power
Navigating imposter syndrome
Practicing self-forgiveness
These concerns often show up under the broader experiences of stress, anxiety, and depressive symptoms—but at the core, they’re about stepping more fully into your truth.
Necessary Core Values:
Have a growth mindset
Are interested in self development
Are open-minded
Have a nice balance between humility and pride
Enjoys learning and sharing perspective
Can laugh at themselves
Are willing to lean in when things get challenging or difficult
Therapeutic Approach
My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and strength-based therapy as a philosophy. I often work with clients navigating depression, identity questions, anxiety, stress, and relationship challenges—particularly those who feel divided within themselves or disconnected from a sense of purpose.
I utilize parts work (specifically IFS) to help bring conflicting aspects of your internal world into alignment. These inner parts may be stuck in the past due to regret or shame (leading to depression), or focused on future fear and worry (fueling anxiety). Together, we’ll practice identifying how these parts show up in your mental, emotional, and physical body. The work involves gently understanding each part's role, healing the conflict between them, and cultivating internal harmony. We often begin with the mental body and progressively deepen into the emotional and somatic layers.
When practiced consistently, this work tends to yield meaningful shifts within 3–6 months.
Who I am Outside of Work
I have very strong nerd-like tendencies. I enjoy studying sub-topics in Metaphysics, physics, alchemy, chemistry, psychology, philosophy, astrology, and astronomy. I’m currently developing a cacao and coffee family business. I am a writer. I am a musician. I love coffee shop hopping and most importantly being in the wild.
