What is the Process
My Life coaching program is all about supporting you in maintaining alignment and wholeness. I define this as staying true to your core self while working towards your idealized version. There are particular aspects of you we must map to have a clear understanding of your boundaries. If there is spiritual misalignment that presents as mental, emotional and physical dis-ease then we bring your system to homeostasis through proven guidelines from my fifteen years of research and practice.
The outcomes are as unique as the person, but below are seven consistent similarities that I’ve observed over the years:
The ability to maintain full authenticity in all situations’.
Increase in self-, other- and situational-awareness.
Shift from survival to thriving mindset.
Decrease in rumination that shows up as overthinking and passive thinking, along with a clearer state of mind overall.
Increase in operating from a boundaried flow state which increases productivity towards goals.
Increase in the ability to ‘just be’ allowing your mental, emotional and physical bodies to fully rest while creating space for greater mental clarity.
A mindset shift away from the traditional linear perspectives of time which improves the personal model of productivity and life balance in work, family, community, and relationships.
The most important aspect of the program is the bond between us. As science describes, it is a covalent bond, and the client’s greatest growth comes from being in relationship to the coach who has mastery in the practices offered. This allows the client to gain conscious and unconscious insights as the bond (i.e.,shared consciousness) begins to strengthen over time.
It is a rewarding process and the highlight is when there is mutual exchange in spiritual growth. To me it is akin to communing with your higher self; what is described as “I and I” or “The God in me sees the God in you.”
